bolu kukus sederhana tanpa mixer dan open

bolu kukus sederhana tanpa mixer dan oven

Bahan :

125 gram margarin 
80 ml susu cair -aku pake susu cair uht/ultra milk vanila-
2 butir telur
150 gr gula pasir
200 gr tepung terigu
30 gr cokelat bubuk
1 sdt soda kue 
1 sdt baking powder
-bisa pake coklat batang sesuai selera-

How to:

1. siapkan dandang/langseng untuk mengukus dan loyang apa aja di lapisi mentega, lalu lapisi terigu. -bukan loyang yang terbuat dari plastik-
2. cairkan margarine bersama susu cair, masak hingga mencair dan hangat, tidak sampai mendidih, masukan gula.kalau ada coklat batang lalu angkat
3. kocok telur terlebih dahulu pakai garpu
4. masukan margarin dll yang tadi sudah dicairkan, lalu kocok
5. masukan semua bahan kering seperti terigu, coklat bubuk, sodakue, dll. aduk-aduk sampai merata
6. tuang ke dalam loyang hingga hampir penuh, dan kukus selama 20 menit hingga matang, angkat, Sajikan.
7. jika sudah dingin taburi dengan irisan coklat batang.

pastikan dandang/langsengnya beruap. tutupi tutup langsengnya dg kain supaya air uap tidak mengenai adonan..

membiarkan yang datang untuk pergi..
melepaskan yang pergi untuk kembali..

Kadang saya berfikir lebih baik membiarkan sesuatu berlalu agar saya lebih mudah menjalaninya tapi pada kenyataannya dalam zona mudah tersebut saya banyak merasakan ketidaknyamanan karna fikiran kadang tidak selaras dengan perasaan..Dan perasaan kadang tidak semudah itu dapat difikirkan..

Hidup itu harus dijalani meskipun terkadang sulit pasti terlewati, hidup itu harus disyukuri apapun yang didapat meskipun tidak sesuai dengan harapan belum tentu orang lain memiliki.. Hiduplah dengan sederhana tapi nyaman..
